Happy Ruby Tuesday guys and girls! Here are a couple of RED things I found in my archives. I'd better get out and start photographing some new RED things. If only the SNOW would go away...
The RED bus of Roosevelt Island, an island in the center of the East River off Manhattan, N.Y.
The Red here is the Red of the martyr on a white linen field - (as in linen shroud of Christ,) - it is known as the Cross of St George who was associated with England due to the values of courage and selflessness that he portrays.
And you might ask why is the flag of England flying in front of the Zion Episcopal Church in Little Neck N.Y. ?
Shall I put it out there as a question for you to guess the answer? Yes I think I will. I'll tell you the answer tomorrow in the afternoon. (Hint: you can find out the answer by googling) Another hint: Distinguish from the National Flag of Great Britain.
