Little Bay Park, QueensThis park was taken over by New York City and developed as a place for pedestrians and cyclists. It's located on the property that used to belong to Ft. Totten on the edge of the East River North under and alongside the Throgs Neck Bridge. There are ball fields for soccer and baseball and a dog run. There is also a roller hockey rink.
