I trust you were not driving here, because the Parkways of NYC are loaded with cars, and multi-tasking while drivers are on there way toward LGA and the Triboro/RFK and won't notice the photo artist...
I think it looks as though it's about to just drop. In one huge fluffy, cotton wool, plop! Definitely looks far too good for something that would turn into rain.
