Manic Monday - cloud

Love never claims, it ever gives. Love ever suffers, never resents never revenges itself.”
--Mahatma Ghandi

Mo has given us the word CLOUD for Manic Monday.

Do You know what a Tag Cloud is?

A tag cloud or word cloud (or weighted list in visual design) is a visual depiction of user-generated tags, or simply the word content of a site, used typically to describe the content of web sites. Tags are usually single words and are typically listed alphabetically, and the importance of a tag is shown with font size or color. Thus both finding a tag by alphabet and by popularity is possible. The tags are usually hyperlinks that lead to a collection of items that are associated with a tag.

How to:

* Copy your text to the text area. (text area appears on the web site when you go to it.)
* Click on the link color boxes. A color ring will appear. Choose your favourite color. Do this with every box
* Enter your base font size for the cloud
* Push "generate cloud" - the cloud will appear in the colors you have chosen.
* Below the tag cloud you'll find the HTML code to insert the cloud to your page.

Notes:

Can be used for both german and english language ( other languages with special chars are untested ).

Please note, only words with 2 or more occurrences will appear in the cloud.

This is my tag cloud for the 4 or 5 most recent posts to this blog:
(while the coding isn't perfect, it's fun to read the words that represent my blog. Also the words are NOT alphabetized)

Fascinating. I'll have to try one myself. You do come up with the most intriguing things to do.

This is amazing. I don't quite understand it YET... but I shall keep studying until I do. Thank you Mary, you are so wise.

That is cool. I love the different colors so the words pop.
Thanks for being a supporter of Manic Monday!

Mary, you might get the award for being the 'Maniac [sic] Monday of the Week' award. You have my vote if I get to vote.

Looks like you had a nice time warming up in Florida. Happy Ground Hog Day, you are in for six more weeks of winter up there. We will cool down to highs of 50's and 60's again this week and the wind switched to the north.
Huh?

This sounds a bit complicated for a simple tech ijit such as myself.
