In this case, I prefer the blue skies instead of the sepia. At a place of sadness, the blue skies seem a tad more uplifting, as we see the hope in a clear blue sky.
Cemeteries seem hard to photograph the real mood...sadness or gladness??

I like the first photo (I guess it's the original version). The blue of the sky is reflected off the snow, giving it an overall "cool" feeling.
