That was really neat, Mary! I was rather surprised to see that Mecca is all lit up. In my mind I guess I thought of Mecca as holy, ancient, and unspolied. Not a wifi cafe!

Biggify the one of Egypt/The Nile - see the green dots? Those are concentrations of mosques.
Green is a sacred color to Mohammed, and in Egypt many many of the mosques' minarets are ringed with green neon!
Makes me want to go cruising down the Nile again!
