Photo Hunters - Glass

tnchick gave us the word GLASS for Photo Hunt today.

This is one of two leaded stained glass lights (windows) on either side of my fireplace. They are small windows that look out on the house next door. They are very simple, with a few of the diamond shapes in colored glass.

These two windows are the real thing. They are the most classic Tudor glazing pattern with an occasional pastel pane.

If you look carefully through the window you can see the stained-glass window on the house next door.

hi Maryt.
Your leaded windows are great. I sometimes am at a lose as to what to post for these themes and then my eyes are opened up to everything around me that fits the theme after I go from blog to blog and see what others have thought of. fun stuff. have a great weekend...

That is a beautiful window.
Some day when we have a home of our own I cannot wait to select windows and doors and such.
My Photohunt will be posted later tonight - shots from dowtown as we prep for Depp.
I'll be gone tomorrow for BSA training though.

Nice leaded windows, they're a pretty rare sight for homes in Singapore. I'm sure with sun rays beaming through, the effects of it is nice :)

It looked like stained glasses have becoming quite an in-thing for most houses nowadays. :)

I love your window, Mary! I would love to have stained glass windows but they are very costly here in Singapore!

What a lovely window and the perfect choice for our "glass" theme. The stained glass window through the window is a nice touch.

That must make for a very different look with those framing your fireplace.
