Chuck of Foster Me Up made a comment today that we need some new awards. That prompted me to come up with this award which I mean to give to a number of wonderful bloggers who indeed "light up my life."
Now I will NOT subject you to the song by Debbie Boone that she sang in 1978. But I will quote from Rabbi Michael Strassfeld in order to describe the people I think deserve this award:
"Light gives of itself freely, filling all available space. It does not seek anything in return; it asks not whether you are friend or foe. It gives of itself and is not thereby diminished."
