Yard Art on Thursday

Of course, at Christmastime, a lot of Christmas decorations qualify as Yard Art. I took this photo, though, last week, the second week in March.

Should I have gone up to the door, rung the bell and tell them "It's time..."

Yesterday I went by and all the decorations had been removed. I'll watch to see if they put up Easter decorations...

Maybe they saw you taking a picture and thought you were the "Time to take down your decorations Police"
At least there still was snow so it looked like the right decor...
Happy St. Patrick's Day Mary. We found lots of fun yard art last weekend...

Oh Mary I've seen quite a lot still up in my area even today as I went out. I've understood for awhile because we have had snow and cold temps since Christmas but last week we had a couple of 70 degree days and today it's 65 - I think no excuses.
The decor was pretty - for Christmas! :)

Great picture. But I once left my Christmas Tree up until Valentine's Day. Er that was years ago...

How funny to see Christmas decorations in March ;-)
I'm participating at Small Reflections this week ... signed the wrong Mr. Linky (for last week) because that's where the link took me ... so I've changed the link in my post to match the label in this one. Happy St. Paddy's Day!
Hugs and blessings,

Such a weird sight for this time of year! Even in our non snowy world this would be very odd! But a great subject for a photo shoot!

Hi Mary,
I can believe this. Some folks down the street still have some Christmas stuff up. Have a great day!

There is a house near me that not only still has the decorations up but they are still turning on the lights each night.

I stopped to photograph some of their non-christmas lawn ornaments the other day and the man came home from work while I was in his driveway with my camera. it was all I could do to not suggest he pull the plug.

I will post their cows next week.

LOL at this, and at Ellen's comment.
Especially as I still have one box to go in the attic, but nobody can see it from outside!
