Shadow Shot Sunday

Shadow Shot Sunday is hosted by Hey Harriet.

I loved this shadow in a window in an apartment building in Bayside, Queens! I just wish the window were cleaner...

Tracy creates a gallery of photos each week to show off the best photos for the meme that week. Go over to Hey Harriet for other participants.

Oh sweet, I like that. I guess it would have been creepy if you'd have gone to the door and asked them if they could clean the window so you can take another picture? ;)

The dirty window adds a nice texture to the view, the shadow untouched by any grime. A nice look at classic Bayside!

Neat shot, Mary. I think the link on HeyHarriet is bad, you might want to check...

A most unusual shadow! It is cast in such a way as to give a dimensional depth to the motif on the glass! Delightful!

Yes, I couldn't reach you earlier either, so glad to find your post! And what a delightful shadow shot, Mary! I love it! Even if the window isn't that clean! Mine probably aren't either!!

Have a great weekend!

A creative way to dress up a window and it makes a nice shadow as well.
Glad the link got fixed, wouldn't have wanted to miss it.

Haha! You've called me Erika again. I must remind you of an Erika or something ;)

A lovely shot! No probs re the incorrect link. I just deleted the one that wasn't working. Have a great weekend!

Cheers Tracy, aka Harriet, aka Erika.

Having slightly grimy windows is an advantage sometimes. Wish my friend's windows were not quite so spotless last week when I walked right into her glass wall. It seemed to make everyone else's day, so it wasn't all bad. I do love your shadow on the blind.

Love the window decal...would love to find one that would keep birds from hitting my window this winter, I always feel so bad for them!
