Monochrome Weekly Theme

Photobucket
When I prepare to teach a particular novel to a class I read and underline in the text.
Yes, I write in the book (but only paperbacks).

This is Thomas Hardy's The Mayor of Casterbridge which I am going to teach in the Fall semester.

Aileni is the host of the Monochrome Weekly theme. go on over and see other participants.

I used to write in textbooks. My folks always want me to write notes to them in the books I buy for them.

But there's just something about writing in a book that gives me the heebies. I don't like to do it.

I like that picture very much. I have never got into Hardy though I know the story to some extent.

Marvelous in monochrome! I confess I write in books ... (even hard back ones) ... but only those I've purchased ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
