Ruby Tuesday

Hi Everyone it's RUBY TUESDAY again!

On May 26, 2009 our RUBY TUESDAY meme will be ONE year old!

We've been posting "a little RED" or "lots of RED" for a WHOLE year. Doesn't time fly?

In celebration of our First Anniversary I will have a PRIZE for THREE people who participate in RUBY TUESDAY that week and sign Mr. Linky.

I will put all names in a hat and select three winners (Vinny, my husband, will hold the hat and I will pull out the names Photobucket)

You know I think you all deserve a prize for making Ruby Tuesday such a popular meme. I thank you all very much.

I got this idea from Tracy's (Hey Harriet) Shadow Shot Sunday meme celebration.

Photobucket

So for THIS week we'll continue as usual and next week I'll show you what the PRIZE will be for the winners.

Don't forget to sign in to Mr. Linky, leave a comment and visit other participants. You know we all love visitors!

Beautiful tulips Mary. I love tulips, but we don't see them here that often.

I'm not seeing Mr. Linkie, but here's mine in case it doesn't decided to grace us with it's presence before I head up to bed in the next few minutes.

Happy Ruby Tuesday everyone, and happy almost-versary Mary.

Lovely flower bed, Mary. Congratulations on next weeks' anniversary. I'll be out of town for three weeks and won't be "playing" along. I also couldn't see Mr. Linky.

Mr. Linky MIA again Mary? No worries, we're a resourceful bunch. So I only missed the first 12 weeks of R/T? I would've guessed it was more than that. But better late, as they say...

I love the tulips, and also how the shrub is a bit wild, I hate when they're shaped to within an inch of their lives

Lovely tulips. Even with the chilly yesterday and today, your view shows us that Spring is truly here!

Sneaking up on the left side is a ruby Nissan, a Sentra maybe. You can not have too many reds in a RT photo!

Alas, the downside to such a popular meme is there are only so many hours in a day to visit everyone's site and see their photos! And now I'm adding to it! Still, no apologies...that's what the wee hours of the night are for!

Thank you for hosting this! I may be late onto the bandwagon but at least it is a RED bandwagon!

Mo and The Purries said...

Beautiful tulips and kudos for your one-year mark on your meme!
I just passed 2 years, so I know it sometimes can be hard work!
For this week, I went a little darker - but what is more ruby red than blood?
Fangs a lot for this meme,
Mo

Thanks so much, Mary, for this inspiring meme. You have no idea how far this idea has travelled. When I am out and about, my family suggests Ruby Tuesday shots for me!
