Yellow school buses are a common sight in USA. I like your header, the girl looks fabulous. ;)

Precious Moments and I'm thinking of those beautiful little doll ornaments :)

I'm sure the lady up at the balcony scared a few souls!!

Is that kind of portraing of someones painting legal in the States? In my country that would be against the copyright laws. Just wondering..

Hi Mary. Just had to pop over and say hello b/c I saw your button on another's blog and the ruby slippers caught my eye!

I have a four-year old in LOVE with Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz. Feel free to pop in for a visit and check out my Blue Monday post. I think you might find it delightful! (My four-year old is "Mary" by the way!)

Blessings to you from one educator to another and from the heartland of America,
Valerie

Precious moments! Wouldn't we all like to leave our loved ones to that day care!
The Lady sitting on the veranda,- would you believe I spoke to her spitting image at the SA second hand shop today!
Like that peaceful young girl in the Butter-Flower field too.
They call her mellow yellow, that's right? uh?

I like your choice of painting for Mellow Yellow. Not exactly bright yellow, more golden colours of the end of summer. Beautiful shade.

Anonymous, the painting that I photographed was unsigned. If it had been I would have given credit where credit is due, of course! :)

I like the painting. Makes me want to paint a picture of a girl with flowers. I bought the canvas a couple of years ago to paint a girl in a field of flowers, but never painted it.
