Shadow Shot Sunday

Hey Harriet hosts Shadow Shot Sunday. The shadow below is a big shadow of the evergreen tree you see below that.

The fencing forms an interesting shadow because of the angle of the sun, don't you think? And look at all the other shadows on the sidewalk and street! :)

Thanks Harriet for hosting this meme. Why don't you go over to Hey Harriet to see her galleries of other participants?

I can understand why some people would be jealous of so much sunshine. What a friendly looking neighborhood. Happy SSS!

You've captured so many cool shadows here. Love the fence one best. The shadow looks like one that an awning would cast. That's such a pretty looking neighbourhood :)

Nifty new header. I love the way you manage to change it so often. Interesting shadows today ... I find fence shadows intriguing too and think the way you tilted the camera to get the whole tree shadow was kewl. I played too ;--)
Hugs and blessings,

The shadow cast by the sun on the fence reminds me of a circus tent.

Shadows can be like clouds sometimes.

It's so unusual to see sunshine, shadows, and winter days back east. At least for me. In Indiana, the sun left some time in October and didn't re-emerge until maybe April or May.

Once you see everyone's beautifully creative shadow shots it makes you look at the world in a totally different way.. the details, the ordinary objects rendered special..
