I am guessing that this is a tidal area off the Sound. The water plants and bare tree portend water nearby, and the cloud formation seems to be from a large body of water. All the visuals work in perfect harmony, very nice...
Pretty photo of the silhouetted tree against the sky. I see the cattails and also would have known it was near the water. Ralph isn't that smart! Just kidding ;-)
