Dear Mary T, I have always loved shadows. I remember years ago when I was just a child and Mom Golden had so many little girls to clothe! We would always have to wear hand-me- downs and trust, me more times than once Teach ,they were not a pretty sight! Down right homely, they were! Well one day, with my head down, and my eyses counting the cracks on the sidewalk I was walking on,I noticed my shadow and I saw how pretty my dress looked on my slim figure and I thought to myself..."Well it doesn't even matter how ugly this dress is. Even if it had been a beautiful sky blue gown, you would never had even seen the difference in a shadow picture!" "Hey", I thought,"Even the color of our skin mades no difference in the shadow world."[not that it ever did with me] How great is THAT?!! I never cared after that day about clothing. After all. Isn't it the inside that counts more than than the outside? Just like this little tree's picture that you took Mary. Why the shadow of this beauty is such a splendorous sight!! Real nice Mary T.!!Love Terry
Ps Nowadays I don't like the sight of my shadow...not that i care over much about my dress but it doesn't hang on a slim figure anymore. For sure and I am a fatso now!...Ha!!

Mary, this is a lovely shadow shot. You did good, Teach! And for your first time, too. I'll be looking for your next shadow next week.
Trees make the best shadows! Mine is up too.

I love shadows too. I'm going to keep this in mind for next week.
Lovely shadow shot. I’ve not participated yet, but I’m thinking about it.
Hugs and blessings,
Ahhh, green grass and green leaves...I am beginning to miss it already...winter in Iowa!
