He looks like it's sinking in - he should be humbled and proud.
Lovely photos. I hear he drew a crowd of over 100,000 in Missouri. I'm still concerned about Republican efforts to disenfranchise voters and about the Diebold machines, but I hope he wins by a big enough margin to compensate for that. Was nice to see Colin Powell come out with an endorsement.
It looks like it's going to be him. Then the responsibility will bite. If the Lipstick Pitbull doesn't get in first :-)
Be careful what you wish for! I hope he knows what he's in for. It is one heck of a job.
I love your optimism. It heartens me.
It's a lonely job and a huge responsibility comes with all that glory. Great photographs.
I'm encountering more people who have been convinced. Granted, I live and work in mostly Democratic places. But what I'm hearing from people is that they are not being swayed by rhetoric and sound bites. They are not listening to distortions or meaningless attacks.People are making up their own minds and not blindly following the party, either one way or the other. It's encouraging.
brings tears to my eyesIt has been so long since I really believed in someone.
