I do enjoy watching geese. The Canada Geese come to the rice fields in southeast Arkansas during the winter months; I have seen them by the thousands, and never tire of watching them.
On Long Island, Canada geese are in residence fully time year 'round (I suspect it's that way in Jamaica Bay too), and are considered something of a nuisance. My only complaint about them is when you are running on the running path around the lake and need to keep an eye out to avoid the "land mines" they so lovingly deposit there. Why can't they poop in the grass? Always check your running shoes before walking back into the house!

I do love Canadian Geese. There is just something about them that I am drawn too.
Love your Canadian geese today … they’re wonderful and what a beautiful preserve! My Camera Critters is at Small Reflections.
Hugs and blessings,
I have a feeling that we will soon have many geese! We had 2 last year, we have 5 this year... That's a lot of poop!
It's amazing how far they fly isn't it! Great shot!
I love canada geese. I just wish they'd clean up after themselves. LOL But they ARE beautiful birds.
Mary: It's amazing how that goose is so far ranging.
What a beautiful photo! I'd love to see that many geese in person - it looks like such a peaceful and beautiful place to be!
I am in my element today. Do many bird on critters. Thank you
Interesting to see where Canadian Geese wander too.
I love photographing geese. One of my all time pics that I have taken is of a goose floating out on the water and you can see his reflection.
What a beautiful photo!
What a gorgeous shot Mary!
Well done.
Give me the address and I'll send the 200 geese we have at my work on a vacation to get them out of our parking lot.
The webbed footed ones have the stage today. Your stage is beautiful.

What panoramic beauty! And the geese seem to create little stories within the pic! Delightful!
