Another cool post, Mary! I know that our bird is also a Cardinal, and plant is a buckeye tree. I'm not sure what is our flower though. Have a great Thursday!

Lovely stamps. I don't remember when stamps were 20 cents. Must have been before I was born. I do remember the 32 cent stamp, so maybe when I was a kid they were 20.

Now I regret that I never use snail mail anymore. But we have mostly our King's head on stamps, lol !

I never knew there were such stamps available. It's nice to meet you; I'm a lover of literature, and a teacher myself, but of third graders. Who also happen to love literature in their own way, especially when I read it to them. :)
