In California most will look down their noses if you smoke. It does stink and I often wonder how I smoked for so long. I'm so glad I don't anymore. Have a great WW Teach. :)

Littering but not Smoking, sort of figures....many British are very dependent on tobacco. Awesome picture, where do you get these? Do you travel? If so drop me an email please, I have a wee favor. My WW post is up for the week.
I've been wondering how the new smoking ban here in Chicago would effect litter problems. After all, all those people who normally smoke inside the bars, clubs, restaurants, etc, will now be standing outside...will they retaliate by throwing butts all over the place?
In London a giant cigarette butt stands in Trafalgar Square as part of a campaign against litter, but not against smoking?
