Awwww!!! This is really cute! When my son saw it he said "Mommy look! It's a happy feet!!!" hahahaha he always love to watch that movie, happy feet and he is really fascinated with those dancing Penguins lol! While it's funnier to say the penguin is standing on a buddy penguin he doesn't like very much, he's really standing on a SEA LION or SEAL. Several of you guessed right! Hope you enjoyed guessing! :)

I think it's a whale fin. There was an April Fool's joke on the BBC website today to do with penguins. It was funny.

He's made of plastic or similar ilk. And has his tail stuck in the bottom sand holding him upright and out of the water.
