Skywatch Friday

I took this shot with my camera phone. All I did was brighten it up. How all that green got there I know not. But I like the picture. That is a heavy dark cloud to the right.

Here are other Skywatch participants

The sky looks like rainbow fluorite.
Rain here all day.
I'm afraid a picture of my sky today would just be a square of solid grey!

This is so dramatic, even a bit scary thinking of the storm to come. I had been auditing a digital photography course and the green could be part of the lightening of the photo. Now I'm no expert at all: but I remember reading something about it. But the point is, I love the effect it gave to your photo. I swear I need a cell phone just for the photos it takes (no cell service here).

Ok, despite we're thousands of miles away from each other. It pleases me to know we are both under the same skies :P

ON MEETING SOMEONE OF LIKE PERSUASION

Greetings,
Fellow traveler,
Out of sync with time and place.

I know you.

The searching in your eyes.
The etchings on your face.

Was our meeting happenstance?

Or planned?

Oh, life’s mysterious dance.

That's some camera phone---or is the operator? You've got a shot that is both beautiful and interesting.

Beautiful colors. Reminds me of a rainy day in Australia, long ago.
