This was the view through my guest bedroom window this morning at about 6 AM. The direction is East Northeast. I took this shot without a flash because the flash kept being reflected in the window glass.

That's a lovely shot. I have to turn off my flash when I am trying to get sunrise or sunset shots too. I like the effect you got on that shot.

A beautiful view for Skywatch...
I feel blessed by all this Irishness on show today.. I have a great respect for our local Irish, I spent many an hour in my formative days swopping tales, laughter and song in the town centre pub which they all seem to head for. I passed my driving test on St Patrick's Day, and it is one of the few days I will have a bet on the horses. I also try to have some Soda Bread on the day as well.
May your St Patrick's Day be full of fun and laughter and most of all friendship..
